Our hinged rooflights provide more than just daylight. Because we have incorporated discreet hinge mechanisms and precision-engineered opening systems, they allow safe and reliable ventilation, without compromising your view.

This integrated approach helps maintain clean and simple roof lines particularly on flat and low-pitch roofs where space, detailing, and performance are critical.

Performance-Driven Engineering

Our Made in Britain accredited hinged rooflight is manufactured using thermally broken frames to reduce heat transfer and minimise condensation risk. When combined with a wide range of high-performance double and triple glazing options these can support low U-values all whilst maintaining strength, safety, and clarity.

Our thoroughly tested sealing systems ensure excellent air and water tightness when closed, protecting internal spaces from wind-driven rain and environmental exposure. When opened, controlled movement and stable hold-open positions provide predictable, safe operation.

Ventilation and Environmental Control

Next Generation hinged rooflights can be specified as manual or electric opening for integration into natural ventilation strategies. They can allow warm air to escape, improving air quality and internal comfort while supporting passive environmental control.
